Get a quote on WhatsAppCracked iPhone screen, or lines across it? The screen we recommend for your iPhone depends on the one it came with: OLED or LCD. That way it keeps the same technology and the longest warranty. If you prefer, on OLED models you can also choose the original screen: ask us about availability.

From the iPhone X onwards, except the XR and the 11. We recommend Soft-OLED, a flexible OLED panel like the original, with a 12-month warranty.
These models came with an LCD screen. We recommend high-quality Incell, with a 12-month warranty. Original screens for these models are in very limited supply.
| Feature | Original Ask about availability | Soft-OLED Recommended | Incell Budget |
|---|---|---|---|
| Image quality | As from the factory | OLED: true blacks and accurate colours | LCD: less deep blacks |
| Battery use | As from the factory | Similar to the original | Higher than with the original |
| Thickness | As from the factory | Practically the same as the original | Thicker: it sits proud of the frame and is more exposed to knocks |
| Touch response | As from the factory | Practically the same as the original | Slower and less precise than the original |
| iOS “unknown part” message | No: the iPhone recognises it as original | May appear | May appear |
| Warranty | 12 months | 12 months | 3 months |
On iPhone, Soft-OLED screens and high-quality Incell screens (iPhone XR, 11 and SE) have a 12-month warranty.
We mainly work with Soft-OLED because we keep them all in stock, but we also fit the original screen. Ask us about availability for your model. On the most recent models the price difference between the two isn't that big, and you may prefer it.
It's the option we recommend if you want to keep every feature of the factory screen. We tell you the price of each option and whether the original is available before we start.
On the iPhone XR, the 11 and the SE models, the original screen is already LCD. A high-quality Incell keeps the same technology, which is why we recommend it.
On OLED models, an Incell screen changes the technology to LCD: the screen is thicker, blacks are less deep and it uses more battery. That's why it's the budget option there, with a 3-month warranty, and we recommend Soft-OLED.
Face ID isn't touched when the screen is replaced, and it keeps working as before.
If you want to keep every feature of the factory screen, we recommend the original screen.
If only the screen needs replacing, we do it in under 1 hour. If you choose the original, we confirm availability and timing first. If we find another fault when we open the iPhone, we explain it before going any further.
Any questions?
High-quality Incell. The iPhone 11 came with an LCD screen, and a high-quality Incell keeps that technology, with a 12-month warranty. Original screens for this model are in very limited supply.
Yes, on OLED models. Ask us about availability for your model. On the most recent ones the price difference with Soft-OLED isn't that big; from the iPhone 13 back, original screens are in very limited supply.
In everyday use, very little: it's also an OLED panel, and the image, battery use, thickness and touch response are practically the same as the original's. If you want to keep every factory feature, we recommend the original.
On iPhones with OLED, Incell is an LCD screen: blacks are less deep, it uses more battery and it's thicker, so it sits proud of the frame and is more exposed to accidental knocks. Its warranty is 3 months, compared with 12 for Soft-OLED. If you still prefer it, we'll fit it.
No. Replacing the screen doesn't affect the iPhone's memory, so everything stays as it was.
